5 /5 rohan wadke: Went for lunch on a Friday afternoon, so the restaurant was not that busy apart form 2/3 other covers. We were welcomed by a lovely lady, who served us with a smile wish I had asked her name to give her feedback. We restaurant offers set menus as well as À la carte. We ordered couple of beers and for starters we ordered Salmon Tikka which was cooked to perfection and well balanced spice. We also ordered Butter Chicken, Chicken Tikka Masala and Dal Makhni along with Nan and Rotis as accompaniments. All the dishes were really tasty and cooked to perfection along with well balanced spice level. The star of the show though was the simple Dal Makhni..which was delicious. Will definitely visit again if I am in Southall.

The restaurant strikes the perfect balance between refined elegance and warm hospitality, creating an atmosphere that is both impressive and comfortable. The food was simply superb. We began with the prawns, which were perfectly cooked and beautifully spiced, followed by a paneer tikka that was rich, smoky, and impeccably balanced. The dal makhni was outstanding—deeply flavorful, slow-cooked to perfection, and wonderfully indulgent. The bhindi was fresh and delicately prepared, avoiding any heaviness, while the lamb curry was the true highlight: tender, aromatic, and layered with complex, authentic flavors. Everything was complemented by fresh, pillowy naan that tied the meal together effortlessly. Service was attentive, knowledgeable, and discreet—ideal for a professional setting—without ever feeling rushed. A truly Michelin-worthy experience that showcases Indian cuisine at its finest. I would highly recommend this restaurant for both business occasions and special meals alike.

From the moment we were seated, Franco made us feel genuinely welcomed and well looked after. His professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail truly elevated our dining experience. What impressed me most was his excellent food recommendations. Every dish he suggested was spot‑on — flavourful, beautifully presented, and exactly what we were in the mood for. It’s rare to meet someone who understands both the menu and the guest so well, but Franco does it effortlessly. He checked in at the right moments, ensured we had everything we needed, and carried himself with a calm confidence that made the evening feel special. Madhu’s is known for its quality, but staff like Franco are what make the experience memorable. Highly recommended — thank you, Franco, for making our visit exceptional.

5 /5 Neil PM: Returned back to one of my old time favourite Indian restaurants. Been going to Madhus since I was a child, but it had been many years since my last visit but it did not disappoint. This time it was a first for my kids, and they loved the butter chicken just as I did back in the day. Everything tasted as I remembered it. We ordered a big selection of starters including several butter chickens, chilli chicken, tandoori salmon, kebabs, palak pasta chaat, chilli paneer, murg tikka, chicken & lamb biryanis. The only dish that was not on the same high level was the Mogo chilli garlic. I will not be leaving it this late again to revisit. Compliments to the Chef.

5 /5 P ST.L: Visited this restaurant on New years Day. The service was great, Franco was very attentive and pleasant. The portion sizes were generous and the mixed grill was top class. The mogo chips and chilli garlic prawns were delicious. Definitely worth a visit.
