2 /5 ERKUT k: Been coming here for years and aldo getting deliveries. I decided to pay a visit as i usualy get a delivery thinking i save a few pounds. The prices have gone up and portions got smaller. The fish bites which i usually get had hardly any fish it was a joke. For 10 pounds u get a small portion of chips and í would say a scent of cod not pieces. For a delivery it comes in a box with double portion of chips. I think you have lost my custom. A more local chippy for 12 pounds you get a cod fillet and chips much better for your money

5 /5 Tahir Younus: Brilliant experience at Mother Hubbards in Tottenham. The fish & Chips were fresh & tasty. The manager and the young lady who served us had excellent customer service. Thanks to Zahir for looking after us as we were there for the Boxing. A better experience than the Eubank Jr vs Benn so called fight. Well done guys.

1 /5 Madiha Khan: Just visited after hectic grocery shopping,order fish n chips so my little one can enjoy chips, but not a single piece of chips was fresh.Really disappointed. Looks like we didn’t pay for chips, unfortunately had to chuck all of that , as taste like a day ago chips that was re heated in oil. A big waste of money n mood and HEALTH. I strongly recommend to check your food before leaving the shop. They must refund or compensate for ruining the food experience.

1 /5 Geo G: I NEVER give bad reviews but my experience here was horrendous. I ordered from here based on the positive reviews that everyone has given, but my experience was far from positive. Firstly they didn’t close the curry sauce properly and it leaked all over the bag and the box, the curry sauce was extremely watery and a nightmare to clean, not how curry sauce should be. The chips looked good to the eye but once I tried, It was cold, hard and the center was not at all like potato, and the worst part of all was the fish, it was old and not fresh at all. I ordered an XL fish and chips for me and my partner to share but the size was more like a Xsmall, not only was it small but it was also the thinnest most overcooked piece of fish and was mainly burnt overcooked batter. All other fish and chip shops regular fish is bigger than what they served. Battered fish from the freezer is thicker than what I was served. I was really hoping that this was going to be as good as what everyone hyped it up to be, so disappointed. What a waste of money!

2 /5 Jeremy B: Portions have been reduced drastically recently - we order the XL to share, especially the fish. Will consider removal of this review if the portions return to the size they are meant to be.
