5 /5 Josh Z: Had the signature grilled chicken at Nandos in London – **absolutely fantastic!** The **chicken was incredibly tender and juicy**, cooked perfectly. Their famous **peri-peri sauce** added unique, complex layers of flavour that were truly memorable. Even more impressive was the **exceptionally warm and attentive service**; the staff greeted us with warm smiles and were prompt and helpful throughout, making the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable. **Highly recommended** for anyone craving succulent grilled chicken and top-notch service!

1 /5 Sama: From the moment me and my family stepped in, we were made uncomfortable by a tall arab looking guy who was doing too much. He was insisting on specific seating and dismissive of our preferences insisting it "will be busy soon" despite many empty tables. The staff really need re-training in their customer service approach. Very awkward and uncomfortable. The short chubby asian girls with fake curly ponytail has rude expressions, does not talk when spoken and her manner is cold. Most of our food arrived burnt, many many items missing and portion size is smaller than other nandos locations (despite them insisting it is standard with barely any seasoning unless sprinkling on 2 fries is standard and other fries not even seasoned). Our salad was customised (feta cheese removed) despite not asking for that. We had one whole meal missing, sides missing and how is it possible food can be cold if it has come straight from the kitchen. The food had to be taken back and re-done, they returned with our missing items. No communication within the team. Rude rude staff members. Will not be returning, if you like your vibe and you like good-mannered staff, this is not the place.

However, things began to decline when we were served cold, limp chips. The final disappointment came when I discovered a hair in my salad. To their credit, the dish was replaced, but it would have been more reassuring if a new one had been served before the original was taken away, ensuring it came from a fresh batch rather than being adjusted. I also felt that the team—particularly the manager—could have handled the situation better by personally offering an apology. Overall, the experience left an impression of being brushed off.

3 /5 C Neon: This is a peri-peri style chicken restaurant. Basically it marinates chicken and broils them as customers order various parts or whole. Then customs can use the various sauces per ones preference. There are sides and chicken based sandwiches as well. Overall, a good experience.
