5 /5 Q J.: This Nando’s is quite beautiful, there is a skylight window, and it brings in natural light. The food is tasty as it is. The service is very good. If you wanna come in the weekends, you’d better make it around 12pm.

5 /5 Jasneet Gaba: I go nandos atleast once a week but I’ve never come to the Richmond branch and to all the nandos I’ve been till today, Richmond’s staff was the most nicest and helpful and kindest stuff I’ve ever come across. They helped us and the quality of food was a 10/10. They are on top of everything. Honestly, I’m only coming to the Richmond branch from now on! Thank you so much to every staff member, you have a great team!!! The hospitality is 11/10

3 /5 Lissy Myr: Pretty standard – generous portions and okay prices, but nothing special. Feels more like fast food. Good if you just want to fill up, especially with the variety of sauces. A solid 3/5.

2 /5 Ravi Dhillon: Was disappointed how I was treated by member of staff. I forget my email address I ordered on, staff member was rude, abrupt, condescending, not how to treat a customer. Food was beautifully presented, meat was tender & juicy,chips crunchy, coleslaw creamy complimented by the infamous sauces, and refreshments . Manager did take control of the issue at hand, which is commendable.

1 /5 khushi jethi: Hello, We have just visited Nando’s Richmond this evening today and I don’t even know where should I start from, the moment I picked up the cutlery and plates, they were extremely dirty and had thick food stains on all over them with sauces and food leftovers. There was a hair in my daughters burger which we pulled out of her mouth. There was another hair on the plate and the patty inside the pita was extremely dry and said we asked to make it dry while we only asked to cook properly as sometimes they live in uncooked and the salad inside the pita had bad smell so we took that out. That’s that but the most annoying and surprising thing was when I gave the plates and cutlery in the mangers hand he took them inside but did not have any answer to that, He brought another cutlery and that too had detergent on them and said in return that they came out of dishwasher On the top when after having all if that I went to speak to him he said I can only apologise and I should check their staff is wearing the hair net apparently. He made me feel like I was clearly trying to get the refund where he should have atleast sincerely taking what actually had happened to us. Nando’s team go and check their camera’s to see all our experience today from starting to pick up the cutlery to pulling out the hair from my daughter’s mouth. Is this what dining out to a place like Nando’s should be ? Is this what hospitality should be like ? We had terrible experience and would not be going back at all and won’t recommend other people to go too. The manager wad not accommodating and a good listener to customers complaint and resolve them what so ever. However there was really nice girl who asked us to change the table since we sat on the small one. As an experience the last thing I would want is go and have bad experience and pay so much money and then ask for refund ? Really. When clearly I handed over 5 dirty plates and 4 spoons with thick food on them he had no answer too. Even then I gave Benifit of doubt since good industry is hard to manage and give 100 percent so we have to be kind to others too. But what actually happened one after the other and not been taken care from MR. Gorge was truly unacceptable to us. With kind Regards Khushi
