5 /5 Kamms Sin: Shop is not to big, plenty of items available though, best part I liked is the options of meat items they have…. It was busy in butcher’s section, had to wait in queue for 30 mins to order meat items, it is understandable as it was just a day before Nepalese biggest festival Dashai.

Its a great butcher and grocery for authentic ingredients, and the added bonus of MoneyGram services for sending money worldwide is incredibly convenient. A vital and friendly spot for the community. It showed more than 3 kg in weighing machine of a shop while I buy it but after been to home I felt its less actually it was 100 gram less from 3 kg. I have know idea. how and why ?? please dont do this cheap behavior from next time thanks.

Located in a convenient place in Hayes, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. There’s also an option for online delivery if you are within a certain radius.

1 /5 Surendra Prajapati: I bought boneless buffalo meat today from this store and charged at £12.99 per kg. Upon reaching home, I have found out that almost half of my shopping is full of thick fat. I was so upset with their cheating that they put full fat meat inside the white bag whilst weighing without customer notice. When I went to complain about an issue, instead of apologies, they say that the buffalo, they sell are like gold therefore If I don’t want it, I was asked to get refund. I had drove almost 30 mins to get buffalo meat and told my family about the meat therefore I was not intended to get refund but wanted meat without fat. After few arguments without other customers in the shop corner, they had decided to take off the fats from the meat sold and provided refund for the overpayment. Clearly here, I can see cheating. When they weigh up the meat again, they charge at £10.99 per kg. I think trading standard should visit this shop for an inspection. They had sold almost £10 of fat without customer notice.
