Noodles City - (Near Southwark, South East)

1 /5 Kafayat Brown: I’ve visited Noodle City many times in the past and always enjoyed it for its fair prices — a nice treat for a family on a budget. However, on my visit on 10/08/2025, I was shocked by the condition of the restaurant. The smell was unpleasant, some food were cold and off, the environment felt unclean, and the chairs were so filthy that I nearly felt sick just looking at them. I raised the issue with the manager, but my first complaint wasn’t taken seriously. Only after bringing it up a second time did he say they would clean the chairs “within the next two weeks.” I told him I would return to check if this had actually been done. Something needs to change urgently.

1 /5 Keli-Ann Kelly: Sitting in the restaurant right now as I write this. Took my friend here as a mini bday gift because it’s local…. I lowkey apologised to her because we took one bite of the chicken and looked at each other. The food is cold even though it’s under ‘heat’. Chicken is soft, soggy and rubbery at the same time? Noodles are horrid and the rice is oily could barely stomach it to be honest. Everything in the spring roll section is cold and tough and the only thing we probably found decent were the prawn crackers because they weren’t made by staff. Luckily we bought our own drinks and the only way we were able to survive was through laughs (about the food mind you). Service looks like they don’t want to be there and matter of fact there is a lack off. The only vibes in this place was our own. Never coming back and I will be apologising to my friend AGAIN because no one deserves to go through that. Definitely not worth £18. I wish there was a refund policy based on how good the food was because I’d get a full refund. I just hope I’m not on the toilet later because dis a guh run mi belly!!! woiiiii!

3 /5 Ada P: This Chinese buffet is not great but there’s a good range and the price is low. The price reflects the quality so don’t expect great food but it’s a big cheap meal. Most of the food is okay. But the seafood was a bit too fishy and not fresh tasting The wings are good. The place is always busy and generally they tend to refresh the food often

3 /5 Yus Ali: I had come here yesterday evening for dinner with my partner, I’ll give you a run down of the restaurant and the value for money and quality of food: Price: £9 per person, this allows you to eat as much as you want for around 2hrs. 2/5 stars Service: hardly any service, just main counter where you pay and get a plate with cutlery from. So I would not say much of a service, 1 cleaner who is also taking plates away from tables once you leave. 1/5 stars Food quality: by looking at the food from the outside it looks pretty decent, when we attended the food buffet counter I found some of the food to be warmish and not hot enough, the selection was not massive but had some of the usual things you would find in a Chinese takeaway but missing quite a few basics too. There were also no deserts or fresh fruits which would have probably helped the shops selections. 3/5 stars Overall I can’t give more than 3/5 stars for this place but felt if I could give 2.5/5 stars this would be a better reflection. I probably wouldn’t come back here unless things changed and there were more selection going on considering the amount of food places within a 2 min walk.
