When the food finally arrived, it was completely cold — not even slightly warm. For a fast-food order, that is simply unacceptable.
Shortly afterwards, I received a phone call from the restaurant. I genuinely expected an apology or at least a clear explanation for the delay and the condition of the food. Instead, the conversation felt vague and unnecessary, as though it was an attempt to pre-empt a negative review rather than address the issue properly.
Delays can happen — that is understandable. However, delivering cold food after such a short distance, followed by a confusing call instead of a sincere apology, reflects very poorly on the service.
Disappointing experience overall.
