3 /5 Izibi Safara: We were really looking forward to spending our last evening at our favourite pizza restaurant in London, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing.
We clearly ordered two pizzas and two dips, but only one pizza arrived. Mistakes happen, that’s understandable. What wasn’t acceptable was the attitude of the waitress. Instead of apologising, she whispered to her colleague while looking at us and came across as arrogant and dismissive.
Her colleague, however, was super nice and handled the situation very professionally. He apologised and offered to bring the second pizza, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the waitress herself never apologised.
Also, the entrance door doesn’t close properly and kept staying open, so cold winter air was constantly coming inside. This really needs to be fixed.
We didn’t want anything for free, we just wanted a nice evening. Sadly, it didn’t feel that way this time.
