Premier Inn London Tolworth hotel - (Near Kingston upon Thames, South East)

5 /5 Neil Cheung: We had a lovely Christmas dinner yesterday at Premier Inn Hotel Tolworth with our families and friends (six of us), and the experience was truly enjoyable. The food was delicious, well cooked, and beautifully presented, with great flavours that everyone at our table appreciated. A special thank you to Chef Cookie for preparing such a wonderful meal, and to her teammates Amin and Mani for their friendly, attentive service. Their hospitality made us feel very welcome and added to the festive atmosphere. It was a memorable Christmas celebration for us, and we would be very happy to come back again next time. Highly recommended for good food and great service!

5 /5 Kishore Are: I had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Premier Inn Tolworth, and I can’t praise it highly enough. From start to finish, everything exceeded expectations. The staff truly make this hotel exceptional. A person to mention was ‘Mani’ who was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. From check-in to check-out, he went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable and stress-free. Any requests were handled promptly and with genuine friendliness, which really made my family feel valued as a guest. The room was spotless, modern, and extremely comfortable. The bed lived up to Premier Inn’s famous reputation for a great night’s sleep – quiet, cozy, and perfect for relaxing after a long day. Everything was clearly well maintained. The location is another big plus. Premier Inn Tolworth is conveniently situated with easy access to public transport, major roads, and nearby shops and restaurants. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, it’s a great base for getting around London and the surrounding areas.

4 /5 Suzanne Lucas: This was the first time I have ever stayed at a Premier Inn and being a foreigner I was pleased with my room and having a good wifi connection which I needed at times to work. I even found extending my stay was fairly easy and was happy I did not have to change my room for another. My only concern was that I had no idea what times the restaurant opened for both breakfast and dinner as it was not relayed to me on the booking form nor on booking in. I checked on the room menu too and saw no times listed so I had to enquire myself the first evening. I think it would be nice for new patrons to be made aware of this type of thing. Other than that I was treated well, staff were friendly and I enjoyed the experience.

A special mention goes to Mani, who was absolutely fantastic throughout our stay. He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring — nothing was ever too much trouble. His warm personality and professionalism really made a difference and helped make our stay even more comfortable. The rest of the team were also great: polite, helpful, and always ready with a smile. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well managed, exactly what you expect from Premier Inn, but the staff here truly elevate the experience. 1 /5 T R: Writing this at 10.45pm whilst trying to settle a 1 and 3 year old. Worst experience of a hotel stay. The only thing good about this hotel is Viviana, the manager who has tried to do the best for us but this hotel is a total rip off. Booked for 2 adults and 2 kids. Given a room with hardly any floor space. Requested a different room, same situation but also mould in the bathroom. Refused to stay and stayed at families house but told to contact guest relations for a refund. Did this the following morning, spent majority of the morning/early afternoon back n forth until we were told the hotel needs to sort it. Came back to the hotel and requested an interconnecting room and was told we would need to wait 2 days for it to become available - agreed. Currently our first night in a room here. There is no hot water coming from the tap. Thin walls. Light shining through the door. The room is so hot. And there are kids that have been using the hallway as a playground for minimum an hour. Do not expect to be well rested here - there is nothing premier about this inn.
