Nancy Somra We had a wonderful experience at Ottolenghi in Richmond. From the start, Kevin took amazing care of us, ensuring we had a comfortable area perfect for our family with kids. He walked us through the menu, recommended dishes based on our dietary needs, and handled last-minute requests (including a fish dish for the kids) with complete ease. The food was exceptional — full of flavour and beautifully presented. For our first visit, it couldn’t have been better, and we’re already excited to come back again. A special thank-you to Kevin, whose attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism truly elevated the whole experience. He made us feel completely looked after and turned a lovely brunch into something memorable.

shai zach Fantastic Italian sandwich shop. Small menu of around 10 sandwiches, all from the same crunchy fresh bread and full of quality ingredients, freshly made to order. We had the 2nd sandwich on the menu with salami, aubergine, artichoke spread and a bit of fennel, sounds interesting and it was delicious. I cant wait to go back there again to try another sandwich from the menu. Such a great find. Worth every penny. Highly recommended.

Emily90 Very convenient location right next to the tube station and very close to Kew Gardens. The food was absolutely delicious and very flavourful. The owner also seemed nice. We were fortunate enough to be here before 6pm but wish they closed later (they closed at 6pm on the day we went).

Gagan was exceptionally kind and professional, patiently guiding me through the menu and helping me decide what to order without any rush. His attentiveness made the experience feel genuinely welcoming. The food arrived shortly after and was beautifully presented. Most importantly, the taste was spectacular — every bite melted in my mouth. The spices were perfectly balanced, full of flavour without being overpowering, and the chicken was grilled to absolute perfection. I had ordered a quarter chicken (leg piece) 3 wings with rice. The atmosphere was lovely, creating a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience. I also have to commend the outstanding work ethic of the entire team. After my meal, I had the pleasure of speaking with the chef, Nipun, who was incredibly humble and kind, with such a warm and approachable demeanor — it truly added a personal touch to the experience.
