After searching for some time for a suitable caterer, we were blown away by the quality and taste offered by Rukhsanas at their tasting event. The entire team were incredibly helpful and really went out of their way to go above and beyond for our Nikah. Everything was perfect, from succulent kebab sliders to freshly made jalebi and everything in between. A huge thank-you to everyone at Rukhsanas, were still getting positive feedback on the food days later! 10/10 would highly recommend.

Then the food tasting sealed the deal, being absolutely delicious and high quality on every front. We had multiple complications and hiccups leading up to the day and Rukhsanas always found solutions and met us more than halfway. As well as going out of their way to make sure they understood our venue so the catering ran smoothly on the day. Most importantly everyone loved the food and the event went off without a hitch. The buffet area was laid out beautifully and all staff so professional. I also loved that they quoted us as a package and took into account our budget and they are a lovely family business and all easy to deal with.

After searching through countless mainstream caterers, we struggled to find anyone who could deliver traditional pooris — most either told us it was impossible or way out of our budget. When we discovered Rukhsanas, we were thrilled to learn that pooris were their specialty! From the very start, the team worked with us to create the perfect menu within our budget, and we couldnt be more grateful. Rukhsanas is truly a hidden gem in the wedding catering world. The booking process was seamless. After reading glowing reviews and having an incredibly reassuring phone consultation with Aeman from the team, we felt confident booking them without even having a food tasting. When we did eventually try the food and meet Rukhsana herself, the only regret we had was not booking them for our other events as well! Throughout the planning stages, Rukhsanas went above and beyond, showing us genuine care and attention that made us feel like part of their family. They guided us through every step — from selecting the ideal menu to choosing the best service style — and were especially fantastic in coordinating with our venue. When we learned the venue couldn’t accommodate frying pooris in the kitchen, Rukhsanas took it upon themselves to arrange a mobile kitchen without any stress to us. Most caterers would have suggested we change the menu, but Rukhsanas took care of everything directly with the venue, ensuring it all ran smoothly. The food was, hands down, the best catering weve ever had at a wedding — and weve had our fair share of wedding food! Our guests, many of whom are food enthusiasts, couldn’t stop raving about every dish. Not a single item went unnoticed, and the team added thoughtful, complimentary touches that were the sweetest surprises. I know brides don’t usually get to eat much on their wedding day, but I couldn’t put my plate down after one bite. Everything was fresh, flavorful, beautifully presented, and served in generous portions. The buffet station looked elegant and matched our decor theme, and the waiting staff were incredibly warm, responsive, and attentive — something our guests commented on repeatedly. To top it all off, Rukhsanas packed up all the leftovers so my family could enjoy the delicious food throughout the week. The whole experience was flawless, and if there were any hiccups, my family had no idea! The team made sure everything was taken care of, allowing us to enjoy the day stress-free. We truly couldn’t have navigated this event, as the first wedding in our family, without Rukhsanas’ unwavering support, expert recommendations, and heartfelt care. My family is already planning to book Rukhsanas for ALL future events — they’ve earned lifelong clients in us and I could not recommend them more to anyone searching for the perfect event caterers!
