Kate Hare The food looks fresh but its minimal for price you pay. Could be displayed better. The staff look annoyed about everything. Drinks machine wasnt wprking and noone shared amd when asked they were almost annoyed we asked. It was not busy. The place is clean

Tristan Hermosa I recently had a wonderful dining experience at Zizzi, and it’s definitely a place I would happily return to. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, relaxed, and welcoming — perfect for both casual meals and special catch-ups with friends or family. The restaurant itself was clean, stylish, and had a lively but comfortable ambiance that made the whole visit enjoyable. One of the highlights of our experience was the excellent customer service. Christine and Julia, who served us during our visit, were both incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. They made us feel genuinely welcome, checked in regularly without being intrusive, and ensured that everything we needed was taken care of promptly. Their positive attitude and friendly approach truly added a personal touch to our dining experience. The food was equally impressive — beautifully presented, fresh, and full of flavour. The menu offered a good variety of options, and everything we ordered arrived on time and tasted delicious. It was clear that care had been taken in both preparation and presentation. Overall, Zizzi delivered not only great food but also outstanding service, thanks especially to Christine and Julia. Their hospitality made our visit memorable and enjoyable from start to finish. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience with excellent customer care.

Fatima S. This was a stunning, top experience. Have been to steakhouse places but this really is a place of great food and ambiance, simple yet elegant, so relaxing that we’ve stayed nearly 2hours just chatting and enjoying the food. The reception desk was attentive. We went around half past one, the place was not crowded but later on crowd turned up. Food was served on time, the steak was really good. In addition, before the meal they have given us a beef-dripping popcorn which is really really good - this is a plus! Customer service was excellent, they were busy but very approachable, especially to Charde who has assisted us brilliantly! Also prices are reasonable and they do have a lunch-early-dinner menu available apart from the main menu. Located near the dockyard. A great recommendation! Parking (as in free parking) is quite difficult to find, but carpark is available behind the restaurant.

daaarling_ 02 I come here every couple months! Amazing food and service! Honestly I would eat here every day! The prices are great for what they’re offering, honestly worth every penny! And the staff is so polite and friendly, a pleasure to be in the venue! Highly recommend!

Subhasri V I had an excellent experience at Chopstix! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. The team was incredibly friendly and professional. Special thanks to Kowshikah and Baranish, who treated us with such warmth and made the visit even more enjoyable. The food was absolutely delicious full of flavor and served fresh. Every dish was prepared perfectly, and you can tell a lot of care goes into the kitchen. Highly recommend Chopstix if youre looking for great food and amazing service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Geoff Young I was hoping this restaurant would be good based upon the reviews, but it exceeded my expectations in every way. The service was some of the best Ive experienced, the food was amazing, and the atmosphere was lovely. I highly recommend it, and we will certainly revisit very soon. Wonderful.
