5 /5 Calvin Gittens: Absolutely fantastic experience from Tarana Restaurant! From the moment we arrived the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive. The atmosphere was lovely relaxed but with a great energy.

5 /5 Nikki Ibiza: I have been using Tarana in Turners Hill for the past 14 years, and it continues to be my absolute favourite. The food is consistently excellent, and I honestly haven’t found anywhere else in the area that comes close to the flavour and quality of Tarana’s curries — they are exceptionally tasty every time. Jahan the manager, is fantastic and always goes above and beyond to make customers feel genuinely welcome. From the warm greeting to the thoughtful touches — including a complimentary glass of wine while you’re waiting to collect your food — the service really stands out and makes the experience feel special. We often visit during the week in the evenings, and it’s always a great atmosphere. They regularly have entertainment, including tribute acts, which makes the evening even more enjoyable and adds something extra to a night out. I would highly recommend Tarana to anyone looking for outstanding Indian food, great service and a welcoming, friendly environment.

5 /5 Matthew Critchley: We visited on the Sunday night before Christmas, assuring my wife (and nephew) that we would not need to book - I was astonished to see how busy and vibrant Tarana was. The restaurant was packed but the friendly and attentive staff ensured that we were seated and served within (considering all things) a reasonable time. From a customer perspective, they were relaxed and interacting well with diners. I have eaten here before and also had takeaways; on each time the food has been of a very high quality, well prepared and well seasoned. Last night was no exception, which is no mean feat given the pressures that the kitchen must have been under to cater for a full restaurant. The only downside on this particular visit was that one side dish that I have previously enjoyed was not quite up to its usual high standard. Forgivable under the pressures that all staff must have been under! The main course portions are of a very generous size and therefore are very good value for money. I would however recommend ordering fewer dishes than you might otherwise require or be prepared to take out leftovers. Will definitely be back! Thank you

5 /5 Perske: Family birthday dinner on a Saturday night. Plenty of food and prices are decent. All members enjoyed the meal and had enough to eat! Staff were friendly and helpful. After the meal they kindly brought out the birthday cake with sparkles and candles! Overall happy with the experience!
