5 /5 Isabella Gill: Have been quite a few times to this pub and the fact it has a whole separate vegan menu is very special!! It is also very thoughtful — have had the vegan pizza, vegan nduja and vegan roast. 2 things to note — the vegan roast and vegetarian roast are both £19.50 although the vegan roast does not come with a yorkshire pudding which is disappointing — price should be changed to reflect this? also if you come on a Sunday book well in advance

5 /5 Stephen Lockyer: Lovely food in a quintessential English pub - the perfect destination point after a long walk. Although the prices are Surrey, the food was quick, warm and generous. It was noisy where we sat but there were quieter spaces. A great range of drinks on offer too.

3 /5 Sue Foster: After reading other reviews I had high hopes but was very disappointed. The pub itself is lovely but absolutely freezing. The windows are single glazed, very draughty and there was no visible means of heating. There were a few people, including myself, sitting in coats. My mum is disabled and uses a wheelchair. Whilst there is a side door that is accessible there did not appear to be any disabled toilets and there were steps to the other toilets which could be problematic for anyone with a disability. Wed viewed the menu online but were told that some things were now not on the menu. Vegetarian options were limited though included "venison meatballs". Surely a mistake and was pointed out to our server. The staff were friendly and food arrived reasonably promptly. However the sticky toffee pudding that mum was looking forward to was cold. We probably wont visit again.
