5 /5 Sarah Archer-palmer: I had a surprise birthday last Saturday organised by my daughter. It was for 22 people, preordered food & wine. Unfortunately 5 people couldn’t come but the staff, especially JP and Alex, went out of their way to change the tables, move chairs etc, relay everything. It was quick, efficient and calm. They took over everything. The food was excellent, I had fish & chips. The chef was very flexible with timings and all food came out at once. I know everyone enjoyed their meal as there were lots of compliments! The rugby was on the TVs but didn’t overbear our table and lots of us enjoyed it in the background. This encouraged the fun, laid back atmosphere. The end of the evening was relaxed with making payments and the flexibility to chop and change was very appreciated. Hannah had an excellent team which goes to show she is an excellent manager. We are locals and really enjoyed showing off The Drummond in all her updated glory to my close friends and family. 5 /5 Sharon Teed: We had our work Christmas party at The Drummond last night and it was enjoyable in every way. We went for the Christmas set menu which was great value. Each of the different dishes we chose, and all three courses, were beautifully presented, cooked to perfection and totally delicious. The service was faultless, attentive and always with a smile, and there was a lovely, relaxed party atmosphere. We were all really impressed and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. A massive thank you to the lovely landlady and all the wonderful staff for making our evening special.

5 /5 Michael Blake: First visited The Drummond in 2018, it didn’t disappoint then and certainly doesn’t disappoint now. Called in last minute for a table of 7 (4 adults and 3 Kids) for Sunday lunch, they were able to accommodate with a great table! Their food was fantastic, the adults shared 2 of the Sunday roast sharing platters which was more than enough and a joy to the tastebuds. We unfortunately ordered an incorrect kiddies roast meal but the waiter was able to get the correct meal to us in under 5 minutes, we asked for the kiddies roast (incorrectly ordered by ourselves) to be packed as a takeaway which will make a great treat for my “Monday Lunch”. I would highly recommended The Drummond, it will always be my number 1 go to on my occasional visit to Guildford. Thank you to the staff for their fantastic friendly service and to the chefs for some amazing food! 10/10

5 /5 Juan C. Mendez: They were very friendly to me and my family. Considering it was our first night in the UK and we needed to experience tbe "fish and chips" experience. We were treated to a delectable meal and brew worthy of the brits.

5 /5 Holly Allingham: Went a couple weeks ago for a getaway and had the loveliest time. Food and atmosphere were impeccable and service was outstanding. Servers Rudi and Adam really helped when it came to what drinks to order and accommodated to our needs. They made the night very enjoyable and provided many laughs! Can’t wait for my return.
