3 /5 Matthew Aleandri: I got a takeaway from here one Sunday evening with family. I decided to go for the Singapore Rice Noodles (£14.20) which consisted of mixed meats containing shrimps, chicken, and cha siu pork along with various vegetables. It was a nice, big portion due to the size of the takeaway box, so I couldnt complain about that part of my order. There was a good enough amount of mixed meat and veg in the dish also. I just found it to be a bit dry, so I added some soy sauce more than once in order to keep the dish moist. But yeah, just another average Chinese takeaway, in my opinion...which was overpriced considering it was just noodles with a bit of meat and veg, hence the 3 stars. It wasnt bad, but it wasnt great either. The food arrived in good time, but Im not fussed about ordering from there again, to be honest.

1 /5 Alex Borrelli: It’s not about the money, it’s about fairness. Almost £9 for some boiled rice with a few tiny bits of egg — that’s just not right. I ended up going home and cooking it again, adding veggies and sauce, just to make it taste like a proper takeaway. Maybe my mistake for ordering something too simple, but every egg fried rice I’ve had before had at least a bit of flavour and some vegetables in it. This one felt really plain and disappointing. Honestly, it made me feel like the world is upside down when something so basic costs so much.

1 /5 Truska Angel: We have been loyal customers of Good Earth for decades, consistently enjoying high-quality food and excellent service. However, our New Years Eve order ended in a frightening incident when my 12-year-old began choking on a bone in the chicken chow mein. We were able to help clear it, narrowly avoiding what could have been an emergency. Most concerning is that despite contacting Good Earth directly about this safety issue, we have received no response or acknowledgment. Im sharing this as a warning to other families: please check chow Mein carefully for bones before serving to children, as this dish is often a fav, with younger family members.
