The Green Man - (Near East Sussex, South East)

5 /5 Emma: We pulled into the large car park, greeted by friendly staff. The tables are a decent size, which is a rarity nowadays. The children had lasagne, I had fish and chips and my husband has a burger. Portions are large but very tasty! The puddings come in regular or small sizes, in future I would go small, the regular were huge. We would definitely go back here and highly recommend.

5 /5 andy lazenby: We went to the green man in Ringmer on Friday night. It was busy as usual but we managed to book a table for the 8 of us. As per usual the service and food was amazing. You get decent size portions for a very reasonable price. It’s one of our go to restaurants. Can never fault the place, always great food and service.

2 /5 Fern Young: I had lunch at The Green Man today, but i wasnt overly impressed. The environment was nice, the fire was lit and they had lovely christmas decorations but the food was basic and the staff werent very good at their jobs. We waited ages to be served and it took ages to have our plates cleared away. No one cane over to see if we wanted any more drinks or to pay our bill. Their were several waitresses just hanging out at the bar. We had to go up and pay in the end, and even then, they struggled to manage that.

5 /5 Jack Bravery: 2nd time Ive been to the Green Man at Ringmer and just as good as the 1st. The service is excellent and the young ladies very friendly and attentive. As for the food its absolutely top notch and the size of the portions you could feed an army for a fortnight. Its no wonder its always full.
