The Grill At The Crown - (Near Brent, South East)

2 /5 Dario G: Ordered steak and it was mild, not even hot, plate was cold. Looks ok, taste is Ok, but def like it was left somewhere and I got it almost cold. Table was all sticky from previous person eating.

5 /5 Big Coz: My fiance and I are staying at the Crown London Hotel. Ill be writing a review soon on the hotel because we are still currently at the hotel. We have 2 more days until checkout. So tonight after a long day of having fun in London we decided to keep it simple and have dinner at the restaurant attached to our hotel. So for starters the place is clean. The atmosphere lighting with very subtle music was very relaxing. The 2 waiters who took care of us Karan and Derek was very professional and attentive! The food was really good. We had buffalo wings and calamari for appetizers. The main meal was a beef burger with fries for my fiance and a very delicious fried chicken burger for myself. I substituted my fries for very freshly cooked broccoli as a side. All in all this was a perfect choice to finish out the night and not have to do anymore traveling just to eat.

5 /5 Gourav Tyagi: This is a wonderful place to celebrate a party or birthday. They have managed well and the decoration was pretty. If you are looking for a celebration of your occasion. Talk with them. They will provide you with good service and food. Tasty food, Decoration and staff behaviour was very polite.

1 /5 Isaac: Terrible experience, no stars - avoid! We booked a table for 10 people to celebrate my mothers 70th birthday. When my sister asked on booking if we could bring a birthday cake, she was told to come in - in person - to sign a liability form which she duly did. On arriving for our meal, we were curtly informed that our booking had been cancelled. When we replied that we had not cancelled, the waiter was rude and dismissive, and implied we were lying, saying well, we didnt cancel the booking. My sister had gone in there in person just 2 days before to sign the liability form and our whole family had travelled there to celebrate my mothers 70th birthday - but the waiter remained convinced we had cancelled and would not seat us even though the place was half empty! It was very upsetting for our party especially my 70th year old mother. We asked to speak to a manager but were told there was none available. The waiter returned as we were leaving with the managers telephone number and seemed to have changed his tune - saying he would arrange a table for us. But we honestly felt so insulted by the unwelcoming and unprofessional attitude displayed that we could not have enjoyed our special occasion at this establishment and left.

3 /5 Gene Hunt: Sunday lunch time and we were the only people in there. No atmosphere at all. Comfy seating and well kept Guinness saved the day.
