1 /5 Gaga Wells: Attended to night as a large booking, we pre ordered food, we arrived at our allocated time and after an hour we had not even started our starters, after many attempts of asking for started eventually 1 hour an 40 mins after arrival our starters and mains come out TOGETHER, my main didn’t come out everyone else had pretty much finished I mentioned it to the waiter an he said he would go get it then he had clocked off and I asked another member of staff who brought out my food, and it was cold at this point I didn’t even want to complain as I was starving food was tasty but cold (bacon was beautiful) and I had approximately 15fries which were also lovely but cold, empty plates sat on the table for a further 30mins then after being asked to clear the table a further 20 mins passed an puddings come out guest next to me had 5 truffles where as grind across the table had 9, some people were missed altogether and had to ask for them, to add I had the coppa burger which im sure would off got a 10/10 of it was remotely warm, friend had crab linguine which was pretty much crab free and the fresh linguine was hard ish, eventually we had to call the manager as what should of been at 2hour booking to over 4 hours and the quality of food was rubbish and service was rubbish, we didn’t get a discount (I didn’t I paid what I was originally ment to pay but people who’s bills should of been £50 +deposit got there’s for £25 plus drinks etc, staff on bar down stairs were amazing and lovely, maybe a better experience would of been had on a quieter night but won’t be going back….
