5 /5 Bojukes: Im visiting from Canada and this place was wonderful. The food was delicious and Ryan our server was amazing. Had the Sunday beef roast and the Pistachio Souffle, would recommend.

5 /5 Claire Ruda: What an amazing birthday lunch on Sunday with the family! It was our first time at The March Hare and this 5 star review across the board is well deserved. Ryan, our waiter was very attentive, friendly and professional throughout, responding swiftly to every request despite it being super busy - more gravy, water etc, nothing was overlooked. Some lovely touches for the 3 birthday ladies in our party - much appreciated. Ryan has restored my faith that outstanding customer service does still exist - thank you for making our experience so memorable. The menu was creative and delicious - standouts for me were the haddock souffle, crab fritters and the lamb roulade. Firm Sunday favourites such as roasts (beef for us) went down very well too. Great puds to finish and worth putting on a few calories for! The prices were very reasonable given the quality of the cuisine and presentation. So having experienced some pretty mediocre dining recently, The March Hare is a real gem - we will be back!

4 /5 Samantha Wordsworth: We had a great dinner with some guests who are in town. Booked in advance as I know it can get busy on weekends during the summer months. Great service from the team and the atmosphere was good. If you want to be able to sit and have a conversation I would avoid eating in the upstairs part of the restaurant as it was very noisy. In terms of food my main, the duck special, was OK but the rest was good. We all had starters and mains each then shared some desserts. Including wine/beers I thought it was reasonably priced.

4 /5 TravellingAzeroth: Pistachio sofflue tasted like almonds, service was good but infrequent. Bar was very busy & lively but sit down tables for dinner was surprisingly calm.
