The Palm House - (Near Westminster, South East)

5 /5 Veronica Parkes: Came for a few drinks with a friend to this lovely establishment. Unreal service so attentive our server Don was perfect he anticipated our every need without being too much, a 12/10 job he really made our night unforgettable. A fun, lovely atmosphere with lovely and handsome staff would come again :)

2 /5 Lizzy: Came here last night for my friends birthday and spent £70 on a set dinner menu and honestly, it just really wasn’t worth it. Tostadas are served for starters (sharing) which are left out for so long before mains come they’re cold and hard in the end - not ideal. I ordered the steak for mains and asked for medium-well and it came out medium rare - really not ideal as it makes me heave, so I sent it back. They recooked it which was nice of them, but still wasn’t to a high standard. It lacked flavour if I’m completely honest. Desert is a buffet experience in the Rum Room where you take marshmallows and strawberry’s pour chocolate over it from a chocolate fountain which was quite nice for what it was. We were then promised a post-dinner daiquiri as part of the package, after dinner, which we had to request about 3 times for. When it was finally made it was the most sour, nasty drink I’ve ever tasted. Overall, the meal was a pretty disappointing experience and just not worth the £70. Sorry.

4 /5 tiwa: first time at palm house and the bottomless brunch was reasonably priced with really tasty food. Zara was such a wonderful host , so attentive and easy to talk to ! She made the whole experience even better ❤️

5 /5 Shilpa Karia: We had an absolutely fantastic time at The Palm House for our work Christmas party. The service was superb, staff couldn’t do enough. Food was really tasty. The manager on the night, Yasmin was excellent, she went over and above normal service levels. The venue atmosphere was perfect, nice and lively on a Friday night. I’ll definitely be arranging something here again.

4 /5 Mrs P: We ordered the pre-theatre menu and it was excellent value. The food was great, hot and fresh especially the chicken starter. Although we found churros a bit greasy and we couldnt finish them. This place is beautifully decorated and has such a buzzy and vibrant atmosphere being over 2 floors. Conveniently located just across from Victoria station and practically next-door to Hamilton. I would recommend this restaurant and go again.
