5 /5 E “Bookworm2017”: Had a lovely meal with my family, I ordered the ribeye steak which was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Our waitress was lovely, we had a really nice evening. Only negative is the toilets, they really need a revamp.

5 /5 Agata Wolf: Weve got very nice dinner last Sunday. We ordered surf on turf , burger and kids chicken pops . Burger was absolutely delicious!!! Highly recommended ! Surf on turf was very good also, just the steak wasnt cooked as I wanted. I ordered medium rare and one side was good but other side was blue , by the way taste delicious . Kids meal was good and big portion :)) Big shout out for front of staff !!! Amazing service , very king and helpful . Bravo !!

5 /5 Chloe Martin-earley: Came to the southcote for a couple of drinks with my work colleagues the atmosphere was lovely in the bar and the young lad on the bar which I believe his name was Leon was attentive and always had a smile on his face which made us feel welcome. We then ordered some nibbles of starters they all came out very hot and was very delicious. We will definitely be back very soon.

1 /5 J Johnson: We went in to enquire about a table for two, as we were staying just three minutes away. When we arrived, the man at the welcome desk didn’t acknowledge us at all and left us standing there, which felt very unwelcoming. When he finally acknowledged us, we asked about a table for two. He bluntly replied that the only availability was at the bar, then immediately turned back to whatever he was doing on his laptop. There wasn’t even a moment for us to explain that we were happy to come back later. The interaction was very unpleasant, and I genuinely hope he improves his approach so no one else feels dismissed like that. After leaving, we checked online and saw that the next available table was in just 45 minutes. Do better next time, Beefeater. I was unhappy enough to leave a bad review and I wasn’t even a customer.
