5 /5 Moira Steven: Early Sunday evening meal. An excellent selection of main courses. Food was beautifully cooked and very, very good. Service was friendly and smiling, nothing seemed too much trouble. We will most definitely visit again and almost certainly on a fairly regular basis.

5 /5 Claymore Richardson: Popped in for lunch on Sunday. Food was so good, some real love put into it. We had two roast dinners, the chicken snitzel and two kids meals. From home made chips to the Yorkshire puddings, it was all delicious. Atmosphere was really nice, with a singer. Loved the song she had written and some great covers as well. All in all, excellent, thank you!

4 /5 DAVID: Very warm welcome by the owner. Lots of open table space. Full of style and caricature a really well presented old fashioned feeling English pub-restaurant. Very well done to all the staff. The food was excellent too.

4 /5 Ju: Popped in for Sunday lunch which was ok. Drinks were fine also. Deserts were abit hit and miss, my daughter had waffles which were that hard she couldnt cut them, but yhe treacle sponge was lovely..

5 /5 Carol A: Had Sunday lunch today at The Taverners, first time since the new owners arrived. The food was excellent, I had a turkey roast with extra cauliflower cheese, it was almost too much to eat. The Crème Brûlée was perfect. Its great to have this fabulous place back up and running in Godshill serving fabulous food again. We will be back soon.
