4 /5 Sha Sha London: The food is tasty, could do with a little bit more spice but you can ask for additional salt or fresh pepper, they have chilli oil and Soya sauce on the table. The environment is chilled and inviting. Menu has changed over the years and have made the menu more open to vegans and also allergy friendly aswell. If you download the app, you can get different discounts. Staff are friendly and Inviting and the drinks are good, especially the spicy margarita.

3 /5 Ekleba OS: I used to be a big fan of Wagamama years ago, but my recent visit suggests the food might not be to my taste anymore. The Good Service & Speed: The staff were lovely and genuinely helpful, and the food arrived very quickly, which was a definite plus. Gin & Tonic Cocktail: The Gin and Tonic served in the goblet with the orange slice was excellent—very refreshing and hit the spot perfectly. The Less Good Prawn Firecracker: Visually, the dish was vibrant and looked great, but the taste was disappointing. The Firecracker Sauce: The flavour profile was confusing. It has a sweet element, but it’s not a pleasant, typical sweet sauce; it just didnt taste very good to me. I couldnt place the distinct flavours they were aiming for. The Rice: The steamed rice that came with the dish was unfortunately very grainy and not fluffy as expected. This significantly detracted from the overall enjoyment of the meal. I couldnt finish the main dish, which is highly unusual for me. While the service and the cocktail were great, the main course sadly fell flat.

5 /5 Chante S: I had a fantastic experience at Wagamama thanks to Harvey’s outstanding customer service. From the moment we arrived, he was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He made sure everything was explained clearly, checked in at the right times without being intrusive, and handled everything with professionalism and a great attitude. It really made the whole dining experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. Customer service like this makes such a difference, and Harvey is a real credit to the Wagamama team. I’ll definitely be coming back!

4 /5 Tom: Had takeaway from there this evening (Friday) and it was tasty. Had the bang bang cauliflower and then chicken and prawn yakisoba. Was very tasty as usual. The food travelled reasonably well in the plastic containers. Cute note on the bag asking to do a review. Would order from them again.

1 /5 IRFAN MEMAN: It was a very disappointing experience as a delivery rider. Unfortunately, I felt that there was very little respect shown towards someone who came to collect an order from the restaurant. I understand that delivery riders are not employees of the restaurant, but we are still people who are simply doing our job. At the very least, basic politeness and respectful communication should be expected. When I arrived at the front door, a staff member spoke very rudely and said that I could not come from that entrance and that I had to go back. I politely asked where I should go instead, but the response I received was simply that I could either cancel the order or go back. There was no proper explanation or guidance. As someone who has worked in hospitality and served as a manager, I understand how important it is to treat people with respect and maintain a positive atmosphere. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect that at all. I have visited other branches, such as the one on Putney High Street, where the staff and atmosphere were excellent and very professional. However, this particular store was the worst experience I have had while picking up orders. I do not have any personal issue with the restaurant itself, but the behaviour of the staff was extremely disappointing. I will also be reporting this experience to the delivery platforms such as Uber and Deliveroo. If the owner happens to see this message, I kindly suggest reviewing how staff interact with delivery partners. Respectful communication goes a long way, and it helps maintain a positive reputation for the restaurant.
