Wenzels the Bakers Chesham - (Near Buckinghamshire, South East)

2 /5 Stefan: I am a lorry driver and get to visit quite a few Wenzels across the country, as its one of my favourite bakeries I enjoy going to. However, very poor customer service was provided by the lady behind the till. She had no manners and displayed a very aggressive behaviour towards the customers. The other employee had no beard cover and was leaning above the sandwiches, cleaning the inside of the display cabinet with his bare palm. Shocking.

1 /5 Dont B Nosey: Honestly, the people who work here generally look really dirty and with poor personal hygiene.. Not to mention that they tried to microwave my bacon which I rejected. Keep the bacon in a hot plate after you’ve done it in the oven. Microwave bacon is just not on. Just cause some staff can’t eat bacon doesn’t mean the rest of us can’t enjoy a decent bit of bacon.

1 /5 Krishna sandeep: The worst experience I’ve ever had was at Wenzel’s in Chesham, mainly because of the team and the manager. I honestly don’t understand how she was appointed as a manager. The service was terrible — especially from her. She was extremely rude and lacked basic manners when dealing with customers. While I was there to get some food, a delivery driver came in to pick up an order, and she rudely told him to cancel it because she was “too busy.” That’s completely unacceptable behavior and shows a lack of professionalism. Experiences like this damage the store’s reputation and leave a very bad impression on customers.
