3 /5 Paul Fisher: Disturbed far too many times at start of meal. Staff need to divide roles not duplicate. Female staff member using far too personal language. Steak a little chewy generally ok but cooked exactly as requested. Mustard sachet summed venue up. Huge venue, loads of sectioned seating areas Dessert was ok but cinnamon bun a little stale. Ok place toilets clean.

5 /5 Keith Dredge: Nice meal out with the family..... We came down for our girlfriends aunts birthday, which was at a different venue, however on our second night we had food here which was fantastic, came out quick and pipping hot! Before leaving we had breakfast which again was cooked to order (which I prefer) all the team that we spoke to was awesome, chatty and smiley! We will definitely be seeing you all again soon when we next come down. Highly recommend, 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

5 /5 Catrina Margerison: I planned a birthday dinner for my mum and luckily enough was allowed to come in early to surprise her. We all got great food, I had the lasagna and I loved it all. We had desert too which was perfect for a finishing touch to our day. Drinks were fast and there was a great selection.

3 /5 Janine Wisewell: I often visit willow farm and I’ve always found it pleasant My constant complaint is that the food is not always as hot as I would prefer. I took my mum this Sunday 8/2/26. We were greeted by the host and when to our table who recognised that my mum had a breathing problem and sat us close to the food station which we really appreciated. We were offered drinks quickly and ordered in a timely fashion, the service was spot on. Roast beef was nice, turkey was very soft to the point of almost mushy Roast potatoes are my favourite but the roast potatoes in my opinion were frozen and were so very dry they were almost inedible, The gravy was just replenished but unfortunately it was not mixed thoroughly and there were a lot of unmixed granules Not my best visit, the service saved the visit
