5 /5 Hasti Parvin: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a wonderful experience at Woody Grill in Shepherd’s Bush! The staff here are absolutely amazing – especially the two girls working during my visit, (Winta and Alaa) who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They were warm, friendly, and so attentive, which really made the whole experience feel special. The food was just as impressive. The lamb chops were cooked to perfection – tender, juicy, and full of flavor. Easily some of the best I’ve had in London! Everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. Great service, outstanding food, and a welcoming atmosphere – I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

5 /5 Zora Hött: The food was amazing, very delightfully decorated! Vegetarian and vegan friendly, also enough meat options. The staff, especially Abdul was very forthcoming, friendly and explained the specifics of the food. Free chai tea at the end. Ill go here again for sure!

5 /5 Francesco Andreula: Travelled from Australia to find this gem of a place in Shepherds Bush. The meat was so tender and tasty. Service was excellent and really enjoyed it. Pity that I live so far away otherwise Id be back again and again and again. Abdul was a great host.

3 /5 SUMAYA: I am writing to share some feedback about my visit today, as it was a very special day for me—my 50th birthday. I decided to celebrate with my family and friends at your restaurant because I have had great experiences in the past. I have always enjoyed the food, and the service has previously been excellent, which is why I chose to return for this important occasion. The restaurant was understandably very busy today, which I completely understand. However, during my visit, I encountered behaviour from one specific waiter that I felt was unprofessional. From my perspective, he pointed at me with his hand and was chewing gum while speaking to us, which came across as disrespectful. At the end of our visit, when I went to pay, I asked him what was wrong with the service. His response was to tell me to “go away,” which left me extremely disappointed, especially on a day that meant so much to me. I am sharing this because I value your restaurant and the good experiences I have had in the past. I hope this feedback helps improve customer service so that other guests can continue enjoying the welcoming atmosphere I once knew.

5 /5 Orlando Alford: A lovely place with superb portion sizes, warm service and great gratuities. Baklava and Turkish tea on the house always round out a wonderful time. Glad to see that the serving sizes havent decreased in size like a lot of other restaurants recently.
