Delivery is consistently on time, and the staff is always respectful and professional. Its clear they take pride in both their food and service. Mirjana Fowle Everybody should experience The Mill at least once. It is very indulgent, food for the body and soul (literally!). The car park is small, but parking attendants help to get as many cars as possible. And it’s free. You start downstairs in the bar with all the twinkly lights and view of the mill wheel which transports you back in time while you sip on a drink (or two). Then you are taken upstairs for an evening meal. You get your dedicated table and a server who is there to make your evening comfortable. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very pleasant, there is no rush and our waitress was fantastic, very polite and friendly. Bread, butter and olives were already waiting at the table. You get to choose a main meal and dessert from the set menu (5 choices each). I had a salmon followed by vanilla pana cotta and coffee/tea in the end. That’s all included in the price of your ticket. The food arrived really quickly, it tasted delicious and we had plenty of time to chat and enjoy the atmosphere. After the meal you proceed to the theatre, which is cozy and no matter where you sit, you will be able to see every little detail on that stage. The show was a tribute to Lionel Richie and Diana Ross. We loved it, even if the drums were way too loud, the singers were excellent, including the backing singers who danced all the way through it. Audience was engaged, singing and dancing. It was a fabulous evening out and we have already bought tickets for our next show. We cannot wait!

Annick Batimba Love this place. The food is always good and the service is excellent. We order the Hangover all day breakfast every time and it easily feeds two. There is even enough to take home. And it is such great value for money. Coffee is included too. Really lovely family run business. Would highly recommend.

AR Saif (Dr Saif) I highly recommend Roti King if you’re new to Malaysian food or simply love bold, comforting flavours. We visited as a group of two and had a fantastic meal overall. We ordered the roti with mutton, which was the clear highlight. The roti was beautifully flaky and soft, perfect for dipping, and the mutton curry was rich, deeply spiced, and very filling without being overwhelming. Everything tasted freshly made and full of flavour. To drink, we had teh tarik (hot), which was smooth, comforting, and nicely balanced—not overly sweet and a great complement to the meal. Service was friendly and efficient, even though the restaurant was busy. One thing to note is that seating is quite limited and tightly packed, so the space can feel a bit claustrophobic. You also can’t book in advance, so expect to queue. That said, our wait was around 15–20 minutes, which felt very reasonable. If you’re sensitive to spice, this may not be the best choice, but if you enjoy flavourful food with a bit of heat, it’s absolutely worth it. Overall, Roti King delivers delicious food, great value, and a genuinely satisfying experience. We’d happily go back again.

Sage Telfer If I ever go to heaven, this will be the food waiting for me past the pearly gates. The most delicious tiger prawn ceviche, a decadent onion tartatin and the single best dessert Ive ever tried the sea buckthorn tart!. The service from Phoebe was so lovely and friendly as well, with a brilliant orange wine suggestion. Cannot wait to visit again
