2 /5 Bayazıt Keser: We found this place on social media and stopped by as it was on our way, so we decided to try the breakfast.
The service was fantastic, very friendly and welcoming, and honestly deserves 5 stars on its own. The atmosphere was also very pleasant and enjoyable, and the brewed tea was excellent, which we really appreciated.
However, the breakfast itself was disappointing for us. It felt very heavy on dough, oil, and sugar, almost like a traditional wedding-style spread from Konya. Unfortunately, there was very little cheese, no salad at all, and the dish served as menemen was quite poor.
As someone who has been in the breakfast business since 1990 in Çeşme, paying £53 mainly for pastry, sugar, and oil, especially in a village outside the city, did not feel right to us. Maybe this style suits some tastes, but it was not what we were expecting.
Overall, we tried it, truly appreciated the service, atmosphere, and the tea, but the breakfast itself was not for us.
