Sue Lumb Great place! Very helpful staff, and the downstairs bar was open Saturday. Wow! What a lovely room! This is only open for private hire or events like on Saturday, live music. There are toilet facilities too, so you dont have to go upstairs. We sat indoors when the rain started and still enjoyed the music.

The momos were perfectly steamed with a soft, delicate wrapper and a flavorful, juicy filling. Paired with the rich, spicy dipping sauce, every bite was satisfying and authentic. The sides complemented the meal wonderfully — the spicy noodle dish had a great kick and depth of flavor, while the peanut salad added a refreshing crunch with just the right balance of tangy and savory notes. Everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a great spot to enjoy a relaxed meal. If you’re craving authentic flavors and comforting dishes, Palungo is definitely worth a visit. I’ll be coming back for more!

Shaheen Joomaye From the moment we visited the venue, we knew it was perfect for our daughter’s 18th celebration, communication prior to booking, on the evening and post event was on point. The venue was spotless and toilets kept clean through the evening. I wanted to be a guest at our event rather than host and all the staff ensured that was the case and I’m deeply grateful for this. The food was amazing and the best jerk chicken I’ve had! All guests loved the venue and the staff. I would definitely recommend this venue and would use this space again.
