mark Jones Ordered a takeaway tonight via their website which was easy to use and was better value then ordering via 3rd party Takeaway sites. Considering its a Saturday it arrived on time and the delivery driver was really pleasant. The food looked very appealing, it was fresh and hot and very tasty. Definately recommend. 5*

Stu Farrelly *Excuse the potential rambling: Went here due to a TikTok video claiming the chicken burger (sandwich) is the best around which I mentioned to the very nice owner who served us. Carrying on in a drunk conversation I said to him that I am originally from Hythe and missed the massive butterflied 100% chicken sandwiches I used to get from a local kebab place, to which he replied "Hythe Kebab Centre?"... and goes on to say he actually opened it. So anyone who knows of and has eaten from HKC, can be sure CG are pretty much the same, except BETTER. The chips are out of this world, crispy and fluffy on the inside and the Chicken Sandwich is spot on, being identical to Hythes offering only in this case the Chicken is Juicier and not tough around the edges which you sometimes used to get at HKC. CG is a little bit cheaper as well. So glad we discovered this place, as I cannot emphasise how good the Chicken Sandwiches are, especially after a few drinkies!

Michael Simon Great spot for a treat. Very friendly brother behind the counter. Order the tikka combo, with the gourmet burger (not yet on the menu). A little more expensive but tastes amazing!

Thomas Ross We’ve recently moved to the area from Melbourne, Australia (which is pretty well known for its Italian food scene), so finding a great local Italian spot was high on our list. Safe to say - we’ve found it. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and relaxed, like being invited into someone’s family home. It’s casual in the best possible way - welcoming, unpretentious, and full of heart. What made it even more impressive was that the whole restaurant was being run by one incredible lady. She worked the room flawlessly and somehow made us feel like we were the only table there. That level of service is rare. She was kind, attentive and genuinely lovely. Now the food… wow. We had a pizza, a pasta and an absolutely amazing dessert - and every single dish was delicious. Everything tasted so fresh and full of flavour. You can really tell there’s care and quality behind what they do. Having eaten a lot of Italian food over the years, this is genuinely up there with some of the best we’ve had. The pricing felt very fair for the quality of food and the overall experience. We left happy, very full, and already planning our next visit. Thank you for such a lovely evening - this is 100% our new local Italian. We’ll definitely be back.

Andrea Sawyer What a great find! We really enjoyed the food here and it felt so authentic (I’m from Hong Kong and my husband has been to Hong Kong multiple times), he said that it really feel like a cha chaan teng and better than the ones he’s been in our last trip! Bonus point was that it’s also dog friendly so we could show our dog a taste of Hong Kong. Highly recommend the baked chicken curry with cheese and the chicken with dried noodles!
