5 /5 Marzena Wolska: I visited the Bali Brasserie restaurant for the first time and really enjoyed the experience. The food was great. We had chicken satay and samosas as starters, and both were very tasty. For the main course, we tried a lovely Malaysian curry with rice. They also had a good selection of non-alcoholic drinks, which was great.

5 /5 Angelo Martinoli: Great evening out with our staff. We took our staff out for a retirement celebration and we had the most enjoyable experience. We were offered a table in a quiet room or we had the option to have a table where the karaoke took place. We opted for the latter. We had a ball, it was so much fun. The food and service we received was impeccable. Very polite and very tasty. The room was filled with enthusiastic people that took over the stage and performed. We were looked after very well and will most definitely return. Thank you all for a memorable evening. Angelo and Geri

1 /5 Yang Yun: I have came back to edit my review. I have had dinner here a few times over the years. The experience was ok, but not outstanding. However, my friends and I had the buffet menu last night, and I have to said the food is the worst I have had the last few years. The only ok dish was the soup for starter, the second course was chicken satay. The chicken was a bit dry for my liking and a bit too sweet. The main course was a buffet, and theyve told us since we were the only table who ordered the buffet menu, so they are going to serve the dishes on table. There were 11 of us, and we had two small portions of each dish. Everything was too sweet for anyone who uses to the Asian dishes. We had to wait for a long time before the main course was served. It took around one hour and 40 mins from the moment we sit down till we start having our main course. We have spent 447. 81 pounds for the drink and food and the service charge. I have to say we didnt eat much simply because the dishes were such a let down. I dont think I will recommend the place to any of my friends in the future.

1 /5 Qi YU: NOT recommended. Honesty is the key for running businesses isn’t it. We pre booked the table for a buffet dinner and was told that there will be live music on the day which we’ve then been told onsite it’s only available on Sundays. On the food and services side - waiting forever for the buffet to be served on the table in tiny plates after the starter, and the taste has been disappointing to even ask for refills although we were still starving, too sweet and greasy, all 3 meats dishes had exactly the same flavour. Way over priced for what it was. Bad experience.

1 /5 Peggy: What an extremely disappointing dining experience—by far one of the worst I’ve had in a long time! A friend recommended this restaurant as they’d visited it years ago, and we went with high hopes, but every single aspect let us down horribly. First, the food was terrible. Every dish was overly sweet and totally inedible—even the cucumber salad was loaded with sugar, which was absurd. We were a group of 11, charged a buffet price of £40 per person, yet served tiny portions of each dish on small plates (only two plates per dish for the whole table). The portions were so meagre that none of us got full, and the price is ridiculously overpriced for such low quality—zero value for money. To make it worse, the service and efficiency were appalling. The restaurant was almost empty (fewer than two tables occupied the whole time), yet we waited an unbelievable 1 hour and 40 minutes for our main courses. Slow service like this is totally unacceptable with so few customers. On top of everything, the venue failed to deliver on its promises: we were told there would be music and live performances, but there was nothing at all—just a faint background light music, so quiet that we would have fallen asleep if we hadn’t kept chatting while waiting for our food. After more than two hours of waiting and still being completely hungry, a few of us who could tolerate the cloying sweetness ordered one or two more dishes, but the rest of us had no appetite at all. In the end, we left the restaurant still starving with no desire to eat anything more. Everything about this meal was a total letdown: terrible flavour, tiny portions, exorbitant prices, shockingly slow service, a lifeless atmosphere and unfulfilled promises of entertainment. This restaurant has clearly gone downhill drastically over the years, and it’s absolutely not worth a visit—we will never be back, and we’d warn everyone to avoid it!
