Pot of Tea We celebrated our son and future daughter in-laws engagement here. The staff were brilliant and treated them to a glass of bubbles and cute congratulations motif on their desserts. It was great to have an exclusive little room to ourselves and we felt unhurried and relaxed. Thank you

Despite my bizarre requests for the diet Im following they never let me down. Lovely breakfast Tasty lunch - today is Chilli con Carne yesterday was lamb Kofte. And the coffee is great also. If you want quick, tasty food for great price then this is where you need to go.

Joseph Incredibly authentic and amazing tasting gyros and souvlaki wraps, all with generous portions and priced very fairly. The staff are super friendly and able to take special orders with no problems, and are very quick to give you your delicious food. There is also vegetarian (and vegan!) options which I am told tasted "very very good". Hundred percent recommended if you want to taste truly authentic Greek souvlakia.

ST Third time here and just amazing. Simply one of the best meals Ive ever had and great to have somewhere I can really recommend. Staff, ambience, food, drinks and facilities all brilliant. Having seen previous reviews that knocked the fish and chips and the pork belly, we decided to risk it and see for ourselves and we couldnt disagree more. The Pork belly meal was flawless and the fish and chips were lovely. Some of the best chips weve ever had and the fish definitely wasnt all batter. Its debatable over how good the fish is but thats the personal preference, but it was very good. The Chicken Milanese was brilliant and we love the Jolly Ginger mocktails. Dessert wise, again, we thought they were excellent. I must say however the crumble isnt quite to my liking due to the cluster type of crumble, but again this is more personal preference, but definitely had enough filling inside though it is very hot, so I do recommend leaving it to cool down a bit first. We will definitely be back and so far everything has been very consistent and I would definitely recommend going and seeing for yourself.and if things arent to your liking, mention it at the time as I can assure you the food is very good and you may have just got unlucky.

Angie Oakwood Couldn’t have asked for a friendlier welcome at this pub. Went with a few friends after a long walk it was it was perfect. Really nice atmosphere, great service and brilliant Sunday roast. And all on a day when they were short staffed. Will definitely return next time I’m in Lewes.
