2 /5 Marnitz Victor (ÖXL): Unfortunately, I didn’t have a great experience here today, which is a shame—because the kitchen team clearly put effort into the food, and there were moments where someone tried to offer service with a smile.
However, the overall service felt unfriendly and unwelcoming. We didn’t feel looked after, and the atmosphere lacked warmth. Our food arrived faster than the three hot drinks we had ordered, which already felt off. On top of that, one of the drinks was made with the wrong milk. When it was remade with the correct milk, it was served so hot that it literally burned my tongue.
I’m usually not someone who writes negative reviews, but I think it’s important to share this so the owners are aware. Today it felt like the staff on shift were not the owners, and like there was no one present who truly had the place under control—service-wise, but also in terms of vibe, attentiveness, and friendliness. With a bit more leadership and hospitality focus, this café could be much better.
