Jo Loft We had the most wonderful dinner at The Pig in Madehurst while celebrating our 40th birthdays, and it truly made the occasion feel special. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and relaxed, and the food was absolutely fantastic—beautifully presented and full of flavour. What really made the evening stand out, though, was the exceptional service. Grace looked after us brilliantly throughout the meal—friendly, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Dan, the manager, also went out of his way to make sure our celebration felt memorable, which we really appreciated. It was the perfect place to celebrate such a milestone, and we left feeling thoroughly spoiled. Thank you to the whole team for a fantastic evening—we can’t wait to come back!

m4y4 Very delicious food, stopped by for a little snack and to stay warm while waiting for friends, and now I want to come back for a proper meal and try as much as I can - chicken is halal too ! Tom Charnock Lovely pub, outstanding food, good selection of drinks and some of the best service I’ve had locally. Really great food and a nice place to have a meal. Portions are generous so make sure you’re hungry!

Soonyata Mianlamai Amazing food. My tricolore ciabatta sandwich came with a thick fat juicy piece of oozy melting mozzarella. It was heavenly crispy, fragrant, warm, with such a soothing satisfying taste. The scrambled egg with salmon I didn’t eat, but it looked equally fantastic. And the latte coffee— wow, much better than at a coffee shop. Highly recommended!

RR Skye This ice cream spot is very cute and was a nice stop. They do serve food and tea but we just had the ice cream (they were out of some of the flavors though). The workers were nice, and they did have dog ice cream too. We enjoyed the visit and the flavors of ice cream were good.
