4 /5 Sharon Tyson: On arrival it looks like this restaurant isnt used to dining in guests. There was no wine on the menu but the food we had was great and the attentive waiter did eventually find some rosé wine for us!

5 /5 Satkrit Bhattarai: finished a fun day at thrope park and searched for the best indian in the area and this popped up. must say it was amazing. the dhansak is the best i had! the mixed grill was soft and big and for the price i really cannot fault them! well done to the boys in the back!

5 /5 Connor Butler: We were staying overnight at the local Travelodge and stumbled upon this gem. The staff went above and beyond and were very polite and helpful. The food was delicious and came to just under £70 for 3 people with a drink, so its reasonably priced as well. It seemed to be very popular with the locals with many knowing the staff on a first name basis. If youre in the area and in the market for an Indian give this place a try, you wont be disappointed!

Tahmid and Tarek provided exceptional service, attentive and friendly throughout. The warm atmosphere made the evening truly special – highly recommended!

5 /5 Steven Steve: First time visiting. Food was very good and prices were good (mains around £5.50, sides £3.25, garlic naan £2.30). Dishes were full of flavour. Naan breads were perfect. They were happy to accommodate different dish requests. The "screaming hot balti" was very indeed very hot! Garlic chilli main we was very nice as was the korai and tarka Dal. Aloo chaat Puri and prawn Puri starters were great. Friendly staff, although we visited at 10pm and were asked to order quickly (restaurant states that it is open until midnight on a Saturday. That was the only negative. The restaurant has a nice selection of beers, with Cobra on draught and mongoose bottled beer 660ml. I havent seen mongoose for years so it was interesting to try that (its the original Cobra recipe). One friend had an Aspals cider, it was a fancy version and 7% abv! Ill try takeaway next time. If its as good as it was when dining in, then this will be my new go-to for takeaway.
