From the moment you walk in, she makes you smile, offers a friendly service with light hearted banter and can’t do enough to make your visit exceptional. She truly is a gem! Highly recommend Morello Lounge for any occasion.

I ordered a very last minute deliveroo order and KoKo called up to say they ran out of some chicken but she was sooo amazing on the phone and her customer service was literally 5 stars! She made up the missing chicken and the food was ten ten. Thank you Uxbridge Nando’s and KoKo who was honestly very helpful and top service!

Brian Cooper Excellent customer service by Alison at Reception. We arrived in Uxbridge having booked a luxury AirBnB. It was a complete disaster and we were not willing to stay there so we turned up at this Premier Inn. Alison explained that they were full but spent her time finding us accommodation at the Uxbridge town centre sister hotel. As there is no parking at the town centre hotel Alison arranged safe local parking for us too. She was a friendly and helpful face when we needed it most. We were very impressed by her. Sergeant Pepper I have had a few good meals in the Four Feathers restaurant in Iver, so I thought I’d try the Four Feathers takeaway as it’s fairly local to me. Everything about the food was delicious, certainly one of the best takeaway Indian meals I’ve had in a long time. I even had some left over for the following day’s lunch. My only issue with the Four Feathers takeaway is the kerb appeal. It is not at all inviting and would really benefit from changing the frontage from the previous tired old Chilli takeaway to a more modern shopfront which will turn people’s heads as they drive past. But the food cannot be faulted. I think I’ve found my Go to takeaway. Fast forward to a fortnight ago and I’ve discovered another problem. I had been driving all day and it was my plan to stop at the FF and pick up my dinner. As I slowed down outside the takeaway, I noticed that there was nowhere to stop and park while I went inside to order. I looked all around but to no avail. Regrettably, I was forced to go to their closest rivals and order from there.

zahrah My husband and I love ordering from here. We probably order 1-2x a month! The food is always delicious, fresh and well presented. One of the best places to order from in the area! My husband always calls after making an order on UberEats to edit his burger, Himanshu always picks up the phone and has excellent customer service. We’ve never been disappointed with the food or service. The milkshakes from here are amazing we only ever order them from here now. Thank you so much :) happy customers always!
