1 /5 Karoline: Really disappointed with my visit on Lunar New Year. The food was cold, tasted old, and seemed reheated rather than freshly made. Ordered the cripsy duck, wide noddle breef brisket paid for extra beef and pork fried rice. Duck had a certain smell to it. I paid £47 expecting good quality and fresh dishes, especially for a special occasion, but sadly the experience did not match the price. The staff was left alone there is only so much 1 person can do. Id really like a refund because the food ended up making me sick. Didnt realise the store had a 3star food hygiene till I left the shop.

4 /5 Lianne Babés: This is a really simple cafe not a restaurant, reminds me of old Jen cafe in China town. Great place for solo dining or casual lunch hang. The guy working alone today made me a delicious braised pork with egg. When I needed to pay he was busy doing take away orders but came when I rang bell on counter. I don’t know what people are expecting in some of other reviews from this place, but what they do is really tasty simple menu with lots of flavour and no fuss or frills service. I came before when it first opened a few years back and food was good then and is now, still generous portions. Good bus links, not far from St John’s train, no toilet, quick service, some street parking near by.

5 /5 Tim S: I dont know what all the hate is about in some of these reviews - I ordered delivery from here and the food was great. It even came in an insulated bag so it stayed hot! Maybe those looking for Cantonese style food will be disappointed - this is Sichuan style. I had the jianbing ("Tianjin Crepe") and it was fine, but the pork noodles with tomato and egg were delicious.
