1 /5 Deniz C. Edward Usta: Ubereats. Ordered 2 Fanta FruitTwist received 2 Lemon Fantas. Owner (Raj -not sure if it’s a fake name) said it’s identical apparently and lied saying he called me and I didn’t answer. However the UberEats policy is that if a product is not in stock they must cancel/not accept the order. I called the shop directly and all he said was he is sorry that’s all. Just another money hungry greedy shop owner Ubereats is sadly working with.

1 /5 Its JayOne: We ordered groceries and 4 items were wrong, called the shop and he was claiming he was not in when the delivery was sent but also said he was the owner. Don’t get what you gain from wasting customers times and monies!

1 /5 M S: I too can sympathise with some of the comments here as I too ordered through the Uber app, three big bottles of beer which are 660ml and what I received was three cans which are 440ml. So not only have i been shortchanged but its incredibly disconcerting when youre paying a hefty premium for the service and unfortunately its not the first time theyve taken their customers for a mug either. Becareful of buying from this rather unscrupulous outfit folks who have complete disregard for their customers.
