1 /5 Zyd hussain: I am extremely disappointed with my recent online order of the GDK Kabab meal. This was honestly one of the worst food delivery experiences I’ve had. First of all, they packed a cold drink inside the same bag, directly attached to the hot food. Because of this completely careless packaging, the food arrived stone cold. Who in their right mind packs cold drinks with hot food? This shows a total lack of basic common sense and professionalism.
On top of that, the food did not taste fresh at all. It genuinely felt like it had been prepared long before and was just sitting around, waiting to be sent out. The kababs were cold, dry, and unappetizing. For the price I paid, this is absolutely unacceptable. When you order a “meal,” you expect it to be hot, fresh, and properly packed — not something that feels like leftovers.
To make matters even worse, I tried calling the restaurant multiple times to complain and get this resolved, but the line was constantly busy. No one picked up, and there was zero effort to address the issue or take responsibility. This shows that they don’t care about customer service or customer satisfaction at all.
Overall, this place is highly unprofessional, careless, and not worth the money. Bad packaging, cold and possibly old food, and terrible customer support — it’s a complete failure on every level. I will not be ordering from here again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before wasting their money on this restaurant.
