5 /5 Clare Davis: We had a 24 inch pizza between 2 adults, 1 teen and 2 children, along with a side of coleslaw, chips and garlic bread. We demolished the lot, it was good!! The kids had ice cream after. We sat outside and the view was beautiful, very peaceful. Lovely venue. The lady who served us was very polite and friendly. We didnt wait long for our food. There is a play park near where we sat which the younger 2 absolutely loved. Plenty of parking. A really lovely place to go. Well be back

THE ATMOSPHERE WAS WARM AND WELCOMING, AND THE STAFF MADE ME FEEL AT HOME RIGHT AWAY. THE CHEF DESERVES SPECIAL PRAISE — EVERY DISH WAS COOKED TO PERFECTION WITH AMAZING FLAVOR, BEAUTIFUL PRESENTATION, AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL. YOU CAN REALLY TELL THAT THE CHEF LOVES WHAT THEY DO; EACH PLATE WAS MADE WITH PASSION AND SKILL. LTHE SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING — FRIENDLY, FAST, AND PROFESSIONAL. THE TEAM WAS ATTENTIVE WITHOUT BEING PUSHY, AND THEY MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT THROUGHOUT THE MEAL. OVERALL, GGS IS A PLACE I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE WHO LOVES GREAT FOOD, EXCELLENT SERVICE, AND A RELAXING DINING EXPERIENCE. I’LL DEFINITELY BE COMING BACK!

1 /5 Madelaine Reilly: I went to Octoberfest event. Good fun and band were great but the state of the toilets were disgusting and the smell was so strong it could be smelled in the main area. Staff were friendly and worked hard.

5 /5 Hannah Lawes: Amazing place great food very filling. Family friendly and also allows dogs. Beautiful setting with a great play park for the kids. Picnic area and enclosed dog exercise section. They also have a pond with ducks and geese to look at and also horses, The staff in the restaurant two men today were very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much to ask. Amazing family summer deal on where adults pay full price meal and then kids eat for £3 so for two adults two children and 4 drinks came to £35 which is cheap nowadays :)

2 /5 Tania Price: I really don’t rate it here! It’s a great venue. I went when it first opened with a group of friends and it wasn’t great then but I put it down to them not being open long. Been back recently for a private event thinking it may be better by now but I wasn’t impressed. The food wasn’t anything special, frozen veg on the roast and I left half my Yorkshire (which never happens) also hate peas on a roast & there was a ton of them! The staff had a busy night stood chatting behind the bar and actually had to be told to clear the table. Plus they didn’t even bother to put up a tree or decorations despite it being a Christmas party. A shame because it could be so much better!
