1 /5 Krishna Shrestha: First thing we ordered buy one get one free, received only one portion of chicken. Next thing it arrived late and the last thing the chicken was salty. Fries are so cold like ice

1 /5 aria ahmad: I have ordered a whole chicken with large chips few drinks corn cobs and that is all i got. Tried to call the shop few times no response. It’s absolutely ridiculous after waiting almost an hour for the delivery. Absolutely avoid this place.

2 /5 Wawa Mimi: Told the worker I would be back in a moment as I had to visit a store next door. Must have taken the opportunity to pack my chicken with the most grim pieces they could pick out. Only noticed once I got home! Rotten thing to do.

1 /5 KryptoFever: This is the 3rd time that I’ve ordered from this store. Twice before, I could not fault them. Tonight, I ordered through Uber eats. Firstly it was delivered to my neighbours house, if that wasn’t irritating enough it turned out that It was a 100% waste of £17.88. (Meant to be £21.50 - but was meant to be on special offer). I also tried to call them three times tonight, but they didn’t answer. So now I’m having to put fingers to keyboard. The whole per peri chicken, I ordered, must have been reheated chicken - it was nowhere near the highly juicy chicken of my previous orders - it was dry and like rubber, chips were cold and hard and again tasted as if they had been sitting in some heated display cabinet for far longer than it should have been. I really don’t like writing negative reviews - but what I hate even more is wasting £17.88, and having to sleep on an empty stomach. Now I’m going to have to call under eats and ask for a full refund.
