5 /5 Edward: We had an amazing experience here. Esme was especially helpful when there wasnt any bookings available for the time I wanted and took my number so she could update me later. She rang me to advise a table had come available (although I hadnt realised my wife had already booked us a table). When we entered the restaurant we were greeted with a smile from a young man, and were looked after by Kathy who was very helpful and attentive. Oh, and the food was lovely too! We will definitely come back next time we are down from Newcastle.

She checked in at just the right moments, and made sure everything arrived exactly as we hoped. What really set her apart was her genuine kindness — she treated us like guests rather than just another table. The food was great, but Elena’s attentive service is what made the meal memorable. Restaurants are lucky to have someone with her professionalism and warmth. We’ll definitely be back, and we’ll be asking for Elena again.
