Surya Chand Pariyar Absolutely loved this place! The food was authentic and full of flavor — especially the momo and dal bhat. The staff were warm, welcoming, and made the experience feel like home. The atmosphere was cozy, and everything was freshly prepared. One of the best Nepali restaurants I’ve ever been to. Highly recommended!

Olyden Johnson The moon under the water Pub Awards Justified Its worth taking note. Warm and friendly staff can forgive a multitude of sins and so can an excellent view. I once gave a 3 star review to a slightly more upmarket restaurant, that took a 10% service charge. Another restaurant Charged me £15.49 plus service charge for breakfast alone, without any drinks. Context Its important to give Context to a review. This is wetherspoon after all. Therefore they will have the usual strengths and weaknesses that come with the brand. The service was better at Wetherspoon with no service charge on my bill. Wetherspoon doesnt claim anything it is not. You get what you pay for. Food and my favourite beer for Less than £8, is excellent value Wetherspoon can sometimes find it difficult to keep all food items at a decent temperature. Therefore ending up with items that are sometimes cold - not in this case. The presention and content of my wrap wasnt as good as other wetherspoon. So something to work on In this day and age where too much screen time can be damaging for childrens mental health. Parents will often just give them some sort of screen, so they can have 5 minutes peace. There was an excellent stock of kids activity sheets and crayons The atmosphere, booths and aesthetics, felt like a cosy tradition pub. The bottom Line is: could you go to any major City in the world and have a meal at any standard, with beer, wine or any soft drink for less than £10 I am an experienced and picky reviewer. However the price, ambience and service alone is enough to give The Moon Under Water an easy 5*

John Fox Was not expecting much as the lady was on her own I can not tell you how good the food is its out of this world lovely fusion food and the lady accommodated my request as regards I wanted my food spicier than normal which she did. Price was outstanding value for money and you watch her cook it in front of you. Its actually a nice experience atmosphere has nothing to do with her as its a food hall. If you are in the area you must try this place.

Stacey Alder Wow, wow, wow! This place was outstanding. Me, my partner and my brother went here one evening for some dinner. All of the staff are super friendly and went above and beyond for us. Quality of the food, stunning! Everything was cooked fresh, served piping hot, and the flavours absolutely spot on. We would recommend the mushroom appetiser, we also had the mixed grill, parmesan fries, chilli and garlic nan. Homemade sauce a must try. I honestly cant recommend this place more. Very happy customers and we cant wait to return to try the rest of the menu. Thank you all for such a wonderful evening and superb hosting

A special shoutout to Iqra, the lady at the counter for her amazing hospitality—warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She truly made the visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place if you’re craving quality kebabs and great service!

Nilima The food was delicious! Really generous size. Came hot and fresh! We ordered a masala dosa, Mysore Masala Dosa and idly dipped in samber, which comes with 2 generous sized idly submerged in ample of samber! Pipping hot and full of flavour. The masala dosa was exactly how you would expect it to be, authentic, made well accompanied with the side sauces. The maysore dosa was delicious, slightly spicey (though I could have done with more heat!) so generously stuffed with potato masala. And lastly the customer service was top notch! So helpful, attentive and friendly. Which adds to the experience. I would highly recommend this place!
