5 /5 a haque: 100% lived up to it’s reputation. We had 2 mains, one side and 2 portions of garlic rice and were stuffed (unfortunately no room for dessert). Some of the potatoes were undercooked but the dish itself was flavourful and tender especially with the meat, slightly sweet flavours, not spicy at all but lots of depth of spices. Personally not a fan of the sweet pork belly skewers, but i wanted to try them - if you are a fan of the honey glazed taste and pork belly this is a dish for you! Our favourite was the pork sisig, the egg really brought the dish together creating a creamy and umami taste. The Calamansi is a must buy, refreshing and sweet, its my new favourite drink. Of course the food was the star of the show, but the customer service is truly what makes this place so special! Our server was the owner’s son (now manager), who was friendly and super helpful with selecting the items. They were kind, welcoming and genuine. Overall, a lovely family business serving delicious food. Definitely will be back again!
