The meat was tender, juicy, and perfectly smoked with that authentic grilled taste you just can’t get from gas grills. The ribs were fall-off-the-bone good, and the chicken had a beautiful crispy skin. Great portion sizes and friendly service too. Highly recommend if you love real charcoal BBQ!

She didn’t just take our brief and run with it, she took the time to ask questions, listen carefully, and make sure every detail was thought through. Her communication was always clear and timely, and it gave us so much confidence knowing that she had everything under control. And the food, wow! Every single dish was delicious. Guests kept telling us after the wedding how much they loved the food. The flavours, the presentation, the freshness, everything was top notch!
