Bethan Roberts Really Impressed with this hotel. Room was really spacious, lots of plug sockets dotted around, plenty of room to store clothes and a large desk if you needed to work. WiFi also great. Spacious bathroom with shower and bath with toiletries. Pressure in the shower not great in the evening but fine in the morning. Good working telly which appeared to be brand new. Room was also really quiet - didn’t hear any other guests or noise. I had parking for free as I booked directly with the hotel. I believe if you book through a third party it is £10 a day. Excellent location surrounded by lots of pubs, shops and local cafes. I didn’t eat here so can’t comment on the food. I did have a drink at the bar which was expensive as expected in a hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Can’t really fault it - and it was cheaper than the travelodge down the road!

Athenna First time dining here for lunch with family who’s been regularly coming to eat here. I must say I am very impressed with the staff’s attentiveness and relaxed atmosphere. The service was faultless, always checking in on us, topping up our wine and other drinks, and making sure we are having a great time. Food was amazing! I will definitely be back for some more. It is on the pricey side however, you pay for the quality of the food and service which I think it’s appropriate.

Nilesh Patel Came here for a weekday lunch. The lunch menu is value for money. The food is good, plenty of vegetarian options. The staff are friendly. The venue is clean and there is ample parking.

Lee Dorman We had a lovely visit to Toby Carvery, and I especially want to say a big thank you to Lucy for her outstanding service. We had been waiting quite a while for our desserts, but Lucy handled the situation so professionally and kindly. She went above and beyond to make up for the inconvenience and made sure we left happy. Her friendly attitude and willingness to put things right really stood out. It’s staff members like Lucy who make all the difference. Thank you again — we’ll definitely be returning!

Paige Food is full of flavour and portion sizes are great!

Johnathan Skailes Every Sunday I enjoy a Rosso’s Takeaway/Magners Cider. Most of my Birthday’s I have dined here for many years. I’ve Tried all the Pizzas/Spaghetti Bolognaise/Meatballs. My Favourite is Chicken Kiev/Homemade Lasagna. Homemade Desserts&daily specials are excellent The staff are friendly/efficient. I can’t fault any aspect of this Restaurant and the outside patio is Lovely in the Summer. Well done and Thank you.
