1 /5 T K: Food was oily and salty. When asked to change or refund. Penny the manager I believe was absolutely rude and said this is how we make it that’s the way the batter is done. I asked her do you mean oily? She said yes that’s how it is. She refused to do anything about it. When I asked her how to complain she said it’s on the website cool and walked off. Absolutely rude customer service! Worst ever KFC I’ve been too!! Didn’t want to give any stars but had to just to leave this review!

1 /5 El Campbell: Very Rude staff, more interested in the delivery app drivers and happily leave customers standing there ignored. Constantly missing items from the meals that have been paid for, and then act offended when theyre asked where the missing items are. The online complaints care squad is a sick joke. Ive deleted the app now, and based on this store alone we wont be using kfc anymore.

1 /5 Ivan4: Just bought a bucket from this place, not nice. The chicken was almost uneatable and very greasy, didnt smell pleasant neither. The fries were also soaked in oil. Will never buy KFC again.

5 /5 eradian dsouza: Todays experence was really nice. Staff repeated my order, they were very patient as i had to order items that needed to be customised so it took me longer than usua to order. SOS wasnt bad and didnt have to wait long for my food. All products were hot and love the new mini offer for £7.99
