Sanober Zaaffran is a must-visit Pakistani restaurant! It is located away from the busy areas, making it a hidden gem. The lacha paratha is one of the best I have ever had, and my friend and I enjoyed it so much that we took some home with us. Their samosa chaat, lamb karahi, and channa dal are also very tasty and authentic. The restaurant has a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the service is friendly and efficient. Vanessa Lovely place to meet friends or have a drink and dinner/lunch. Everyone is welcome and so friendly. The food is great and the portions are generous. The Turkish red wine is so good. The cocktails were amazing.We ordered the mixed grill , came with a salad and had lovely starters. The calamari was delicious and the olives too. The food came out in good time and we didnt feel rushed. Parking can be difficult around the side roads but the road opposite seemed to be the best and no charge. Definitely worth visiting.

The Penguin So the servers tonight were absolutely amazing. They were friendly, happy to explain things in a warm and friendly manner and were very responsive to any requests. The food was good but I do think there could be even a small bowel or something to use as eating out a bag at the prices seemed very cheap. I took my grandparents and they would have liked to see at least one knife and fork dish just so the whole family can enjoy the experience. I think bread should be included or as a side so you can soak up the sauce afterwards. I would come again but only on a special occasion for this reason. If some minor bits were thought of it could be a regular experience. But the staff there have got to be some of the best servers I’ve ever seen. Quick, professional, friendly and responsive. If the meal wasn’t so expensive to eat out a bag we would have defiantly tipped them a tenner.

Michelle Brocklehurst We had an early booking for 5.30pm so it was quite quiet for the first hour. The music is pitched at a background noise level making conversation easy. When the restaurant filled, the noise level obviously went up but still comfortable talking. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was faultless. We had a really nice time and a lovely meal.
