What Clients Are Saying Land + Sea (GG)
5 /5 somora rattray: My second visit and still my favourite restaurant. A foodies heaven indeed! Each dish beautifully presented and delicious. Great wine list, especially love the local Kent offerings. The staff are very attentive and always friendly. Highly recommend.
5 /5 Alexia Marjolin: Our first time visiting Land & Sea, and to be honest, one of the best meals we’ve had in a long time. The food was absolutely excellent every single dish was perfect. The service was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed the prawns and that sourdough with butter beans and feta wow.
Would definitely recommend to friends and family and would 1000% revisit!!
4 /5 F A “SpikeBram”: Reallllly enjoyable experience at Land and sea. Some very favourable dishes to which the menu can change daily (how cool is this…).
We had the masala sea bream which was full of flavour, the prawns, scallops both cooked full of tasty sauces! Accompanied with some Parmesan frites and hispi cabbage all very yummy and would certainly go back. A lovely little spot, the two chefs cook it all in the open planned kitchen and you sense the aromas as you enter the restaurant.
Lovely and thanks!
5 /5 Lynn Chilcott: Second visit today. Went as a family. Was absolutely incredible. We ordered lots so we had a selection and every dish was just brilliant. We spoke to the chef about his cooking and his knowledge, care and passion was so impressive. This is fast becoming my favourite restaurant.
Ctn Pkt I had the time to go on Saturday. I ordered XXL-size oysters. They were very delicious, fresh, and clean. I ordered takeaway cause I wanna walk around the market but it turned out that after trying one, I ate it all without knowing it. Haha.
The restaurants atmosphere is good, and the surroundings are lively. Most of the people come as family. There is also alcohol and other foods inside.
John Mash Lovely little cafe with top quality food and coffee. It’s a little of the tourist track but well worth making the effort. The sausage sandwich was delicious with high quality butcher’s sausages.
Syd Eats Consistently outstanding battered fish. Perfectly cooked, fresh produce and light crunchy batter - every single time. Its a lovely family run restaurant you can always rely on. Choose from large, medium or small cod all priced accordingly. FYI the batter is NOT dairy-free. The chips are very English - more like chunky deep fried potato bits than the sort you get in a restaurant (do not expect the more fries style thick, tripple cooked, processed and way crispy sort). The prices are very reasonable. Sorry I didnt take a pic of the food but it was so good I forgot about photos and just ate it!
Abigail Bowens Got takeaway pizza and garlic bread to eat in 12 taps (a few doors down) and it was fantastic! The tango pizza with goats cheese and sun-dried tomatoes was delicious, with quick and super friendly service. Sad we don’t live here to come more often!
